Manny Solana
Manny is the founder and CEO of California Home Solution which he began in 1998. He is also the President of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers' - LA Chapter 2006-2008. He is presently serving as the Chair of the Government Affairs Committee for this chapter. He has additionally obtained his designation as a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS)
Mr. Solana has been an entrepreneur since 1983 and his past careers, certifications and accomplishments include:
CPA for Peat Marwick & Mitchell in San Juan Puerto Rico as well as Price Waterhouse in San Diego from 1975 - 1979.
CFO and Treasurer for an Orange County home builder, Showcase Homes from 1979-1984. Showcase homes built residential homes, apartments, custom homes etc.
Real Estate Developer and partner in Lifestyles Development Company specializing in Senior Citizen housing from 1984 - 1988.
CEO of a company that Designed and Manufactured a women's clothing from 1979 to 1988. The company, SOLANA, produced and sold a junior line of women's clothng to all major chains in the United States (Merry-go-Round, Contempo, Wet Seal, Judy's, Jay Jacobs, Victoria Secrets, Fredrick's of Hollywood, Charoltte Russe, etc.)
Mr. Solana's vast knowledge and experience in real estate, finance, and management are the foundation and guidelines for the California Home Solution team. His recognition in the industry and familiarity with key leaders has heped CHS maintain and edge over its competition.
